After we have a chance to meet with you, go over the questions, review the plans for your timber frame, discuss the price and time frame of the project, we then await your approval.

Once we receive your approval for the project, a small model (maquette) is created in order to give you a 3D visual of what your frame will look like, and the beams are ordered. |

The beams then arrive at our workshop at which point the layout process begins. Each beam is marked for cutting, and then re-measured by another framer to insure that the lines are precise. |

After the layouts have been approved, the beams are then precisely cut, chiseled and drilled by our team. |

Following the assembly of all the beams, we then proceed with the finishing touches. This includes the planing, chamfering, and sanding of the beams. We also add an all-natural oil finish (Land Ark) to protect the wood and extract the beauty if its grain. |

After the finishing touches have been made, the beams are sealed, strapped together for protection and sent to the job site. |
